- License # 47936: RHI with CAHPI BC.# 218 BC/09.
- Level 1 Thermographer
- Certification with National Home Inspection Company
- Registered Home Inspector with the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI) BC.
- Mold identification and sampling.
- Licensed Building Contractor.
- CAD Drafting. (Drawing building plans)
Darryl is trained to exacting standards, CAHPI is recognized as the most reputable Inspection Association in Canada.
Darryl is licenced under the licensing regulations of the Consumer Protection of B.C. (CPBC) and was trained under the Carson and Dunlop education program, has extensive field training and has passed all required tests in this program. This includes attending inspections with a Registered Home Inspector over a period of 6-9 months.
Darryl has performed over 1200 Inspections.
With an extensive background in construction (20 years) and as a licensed building contractor for 16 years with his own renovation company, Darryl draws upon his vast knowledge of the industry to assist clients in understanding the scope of repairs or renovations that may be required.
